光伏焊带智能一体机-ATL-901(A圆线/B扁线)

组成部分：

      1、放线架三选一（双线主动放线架/双线拉丝机/双线被动放线架）

      放线部分:采用顶心式结构。放线架精密加工，使用高精度的推力结构轴承，放线不抖动，运行稳定，无噪音。恒张力控制，兼容DN400/DN500型线盘。

      2、压延机（分段压延）

      压延轧辊龙门采用一体式加工方式精度可靠，动力部分由伺服电机控制轧驱动，轧辊辊面材质采用陶瓷材料，具有硬度高、热量小使用寿命长等特点，该机通过测径仪通讯自动调节设定线厚，

      3、感应退火机

      感应退火加热速度快，可以在短时间内使铜线达到退火所需的温度，能实现非接触式加热，避免了与铜线直接接触可能带来的表面损伤等问题，且加热更为均匀，温度控制精度更高。

      4、涂锡机

       涂锡机机架采用龙门加工而成，水平垂直保证涂锡时线不抖动。优点:

      4.1.自动刮锡灰。

      4.2.独立升降式锡炉可快速更换。锡炉内胆材质为钛合金制作,

      4.3.弹匣式储锡自动加锡机构，加锡防盗机构。

      4.4.采用ATL自研开模的高密度风,嘴对铜线散热。

      4.5.涂锡穿线自动升降，操作员穿线时不用登高作业，避免登高安全隐思。

      5、901收线部分采用左右轴同向旋转轴排收线

      我公司生产的ATL-901A(圆线)/901B(扁线)分别是801A/801B设备的收线机升级款,ATL-901设备收线机果用双线同向旋转收线,工字盘收线方向统一满足BC焊带涂锡时双面涂银厚生不同的工字盘收线要求。人机操作屏可存储50种(可扩展)工艺生产数据,切换产品可直接点击已存储在内的程序编号,做到快速切换,降低人工操作难度,人员上手快。
